But Victoria says she needed help, so she called the 2News Problem Solvers.

We called Cash Net USA.

A spokesperson wouldn't tell us much because privacy issues.

But she did say Victoria had been duped by the other company, and Cash Net USA couldn't help her.

So we got in touch with Magnum Global Network.

A representative there told me that Magnum does collection work for several companies.

After looking into Victoria's situation for us, Magnum put the $469 plus interest, back into her account.
